Diane Setterfield
Diane Setterfield (Berkshire, 1964) estudió Literatura Francesa en la Universidad de Bristol, tras lo que se especializó en autores de los siglos XIX y XX, como André Gide, y trabajó como profesora en distintos centros. Apasionada de la lectura, decidió abandonar el mundo académico para dedicarse por entero a la escritura. Su primera novela, El cuento número trece (Lumen, 2010), se convirtió en un éxito de ventas mundial y llegó a encabezar la lista de más vendidos de The New York Times solo una semana después de ser publicada y a traducirse a treinta y ocho idiomas. Lumen también ha publicado su novela El hombre que perseguía al tiempo (2013).
