His experience at Alain Ducasse and other Michelin Guide establishments makes him an expert in fine dining, which he combines with his passion for homemade cooking and traditional recipes. From his namesake bakery in the Gràcia neighborhood, Jeannot bakes the bread and focaccias that will later accompany his creations, always tailored to the clients' needs.
