The 76th Emmy Awards are almost here, meaning your favorite shows may take home some trophies tonight.
But wait a minute; you may feel as though you just watched the Emmys. The awards were last presented in January after the Hollywood strikes delayed the 2023 ceremony telecast. Eight months have passed and the best TV shows of the year are about to get their flowers -- again.
The Emmys eligibility rules state programs must have premiered new episodes between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024. FX's Shōgun and The Bear are the top contenders this time around -- the samurai drama racked up 25 noms and the Jeremy Allen White-starrer got an impressive 23 nominations, the most ever for a comedy series.
Father-son comedy duo Eugene and Dan Levy -- who swept the Emmys for Outstanding Comedy Series, Schitt's Creek in 2020 -- will take on hosting duties. Here are more details on how to watch the big show.
How to Watch the 76th Emmy Awards
The 76th Emmy Awards will air live on ABC tonight, Sunday, Sept. 15, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. It'll stream the following day on Hulu.
If you're interested in watching the event via a live TV streaming service, you can try YouTube TV. It carries ABC and comes with a free trial for new customers. Sling TV also offers access to the network in depending on the region you live in.

If you can wait to watch the Emmys, the award show will begin streaming on Hulu on Monday, Sept. 16.
